Return Policy

At Dronezoid, we guarantee the quality of our shipments, ensuring every item is brand new unless stated otherwise.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
Key Details:
- Returns made after 7 days but within 14 days of delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee (7-day returns incur a 20% restocking fee).
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Defective items will be replaced with identical items. Substitutions are only allowed if the item is unavailable.
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Buyers are responsible for return and reshipping costs, including cases of factory defects or damage during transit.
